County Clerk

The County Clerk’s office is headed by an elected official and is one of the constitutional offices of Winnebago County. Thirteen full time employees staff the office. The duties of the County Clerk’s office can be separated into four main divisions:

• Vital Records and Licenses
• Elections
• Tax Extension/Redemption
• County Board Record Maintenance
